HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR M.A.C.M.A No.1609 of 2014 JUDGMENT:

This Court vide order dated 03.07.2014 permitted appellant to take out personal notice to respondents No.1 and 2 by registered post with acknowledgement due and file proof of service within two weeks.

On 02.06.2016, at request of advocate for petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 6.6.2016. Today, when the matter is taken up, petitioner has not filed any proof of service for compliance of order dated 03.07.2014.

In view of the same, this MACMA is dismissed for noncompliance of order of this Court dated 03.07.2014. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Appeal shall stand closed.
