This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in seizing the vehicle of the petitioner bearing No.AP 31 TT 7683 and kept in its custody, as illegal and arbitrary. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
