ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that punishment of deferment of annual increments without cumulative effect was imposed on the petitioner by the respondent-Corporation and even though the punishment period is over, the respondentCorporation is not releasing the deferred increments. He further submits that the petitioner submitted a representation on 15.12.2010 to the respondent-Corporation, but so far, no orders have been passed thereon.
Having considered the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-Corporation to consider the representation dated 15.12.2010 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
