THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7416 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation of the petitioner for updating the revenue records by incorporating his name as owner and possessor in respect of the land of an extent of Acs.4.62 cents in Survey No.10/2 and Ac.0.84 cents in Survey No.11/1 of Papampeta Village and Ac.1.04 cents in Survey No.115 of Yellavaram Village, Addateegala Mandal, East Godavari District.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of his application for the above purpose, if the application is in order, the third respondent is directed to consider the same, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
