THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 8986 of 2019 O R D E R:

Challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not removing the debris deliberately thrown on Road No.11, Anand Bagh Colony, with the intention of permanently blocking the road, the present writ petition is filed.

The petitioners assert that some unknown persons are dumping debris on the road with the intention of closing the said road and merging into the adjacent plots and that though they made a representation dated 23.03.2019 to the 3rd respondent, no action has been taken thereon.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and since the representation of the petitioners dated 23.03.2019 is pending, it would be appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said representation and take necessary steps to remove the debris and to prevent further dumping of the debris for preservation of the road. If any amounts are required for removal of the debris, the respondents may contribute from the petitioners and others. 4.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
