THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.6582 of 2009 ORDER:- 1.
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in not considering the representations dated 04.10.2008, 10.12.2008 and 16.02.2009 filed by the petitioner against the third respondent seeking sanction under Section 197 Cr.P.C. as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
While admitting the writ petition, there was no interim direction.

As there was no representation on 14.09.2017 the matter was listed to today under the caption " for dismissal" . Though the matter is posted under the caption " for dismissal" today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the writ petition. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
