When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the Writ Petition filed against the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 was dismissed for default, vide orders dated 29.12.2010 and 23.06.2011 respectively and the petitioner is challenging the orders passed in MP No. 69/2003, dated 20.03.2004 in favour of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The petitioner did not take any steps to ensure that the Writ Petition against the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is restored. In the absence of respondent Nos. 1 and 2, this Writ Petition cannot be adjudicated. The Writ Petition is dismissed. 2.
