Kancharla Hamsamma v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh Department
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.39179 OF 2015 O R D E R :
The representation of the petitioner to the District Collector dated 14.10.2015 is pending and not disposed of. Hence, complaining of the inaction of the respondents 1 to 4, this writ petition is filed.
It is, however, evident from the representation of the petitioner that in 2013, the registered document was allegedly executed by her husband while he was unwell and under medical treatment.
It is also accepted by the petitioner in the said application that she filed criminal case for cancellation of the said registration, which is pending in FIR No.137 of 2014. Hence, unless the petitioner succeeds in the said proceedings, the relief sought for by her for removal of the name of the said purchaser from the revenue records cannot be considered.
The writ petition is therefore, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
