Heard counsel for the petitioner.

Though petitioner filed this Revision challenging the Order dt.29.03.2019 in I.A.70 of 2019 in I.A.No.476 of 2017 in O.S.N.159 of 2017 of the Junior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar, counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is specifically aggrieved by the non-disposal of I.A.No.476 of 2017 by the said Court, which was admittedly filed way back on 30.10.2017. 3.

Having regard to the said submissions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Junior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar, to decide the I.A.No.476 of 2017 in O.S.N.159 of 2017 on his file as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing both sides.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
