THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Revision Case No.227 of 2013 ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/respondent aggrieved by the order dated 11.01.2013 in Crl.M.P.No.253 of 2012 in M.C.No.43 of 2011 passed by Family Court-cum-XII Additional District Judge, Guntur whereunder the learned Judge allowed the petition filed by the respondent/petitioner and awarded the interim maintenance of Rs.7,500/- per month from the date of petition till the date of disposal of MC.
2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner Sri Gade Venkateswara Rao, would submit that he has given up Vakalat and to that effect he has already filed a memo. However, learned counsel to assist the Court would submit that as per the e-court information pertaining to Family Court, Guntur, M.C.No.43 of 2011 was settled before Lok Adalat on 06.12.2014 and to that effect he filed copy of the e-court information. 3) Learned counsel for 1st respondent is present and submitted that he has no information about the said fact.
4) Having regard to the e-court information which shows that M.C.No.43 of 2011 was settled before Lok Adalat on 06.12.2014, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
