HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON Nos. 6779 of 2015 And 8767 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made application to the 4th respondent in Form VI-A under Rule 18 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 for mutation of his name in revenue records in respect of subject lands to an extent of Ac.1-13 guntas in Sy.No.14/8/EE situated at Minarpally Village, Bodhan Mandal, Nizamabad District having purchased the same through Court auction and unofficial respondent litigated the same by filing Execution Applications in Execution Petition filed by the petitioner. Ultimately, the CRP filed against the orders in EAs was dismissed. But the 4th respondent did not take action on the application filed by the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the WP.No.8767 of 2017 is filed.

In this case, the 5th respondent also filed WP.No.6779 of 2015 alleging that the 4th respondent without issuing notice taking-up the application of the petitioner in WP.No.8767 of 2017, who is the 2nd respondent in WP.No.6779 of 2015.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the application in Form VI-A filed by the petitioner in WP.No.8767 of 2017 after issuing notice to him as well as to the petitioner in WP.No.6779 of 2015 and dispose of the application and take action accordingly within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, both these writ petitions are disposed of.
