JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI M.A.C.M.A. No.22 OF 2012 JUDGMENT:- This Court, by its order dated 06.06.2017, after hearing both sides and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, referred the matter for settlement before the Lok Adalat. The matter is settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat and a memorandum of compromise was entered into and in terms thereof, Lok Adalat passed an award dated 22.04.2018 without costs.
