This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: ".....to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not issuing the Pattadar Pass Book and title deed to the petitioner for his land to an extent of Ac.0.25 gts in Sy.No.200 and an extent of Ac.1.25 gts in Sy.No.201 of Cheedella village, Penpahad Mandal, Suryapet District even after mutating the name of the petitioner for the aforesaid land by order dated 10.09.2018 in Order No.B/ - / 2018 by taking into consideration his right, title and possession over the said land even after lapse of more than 7 months as being illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and fair play apart from in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondent No.3 to forthwith issue new Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed for the aforesaid land."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents and perused the record.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.0.25 gts in Sy.No.200 and an extent of Ac.1.25 gts in Sy.No.201 of Cheedella village, Penpahad Mandal, Suryapet District. The 3rd respondentTahasildar had passed a mutation order, dated 10.09.2018 vide No.B/ - / 2018. Though seven months have elapsed, pattadar passbook and title deed are not issued.

It is not in dispute that the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar passed mutation order dated 10.09.2018. The only dispute is with regard to the issuance of title deed and pattadar passbook. It appears from the record, the petitioner had not made any representation to issue the title deed and pattadar passbook.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation for issuance of passbook within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar is directed to dispose of the same within three months thereafter. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
