HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.41574 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to PRC No.1 of 2016 on the file of the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, arising out of Crime No.337 of 2014 of Humayoonagar Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offences under Sections 307, 498-A and 342 r/ w.34 IPC and 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, and quash the same. Heard and perused the material available on record. After perusing the record, this Court expressed its opinion that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioners. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners confined his arguments and requested to dispense with the presence of the petitioners before the Court below.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, except the presence of the 1st petitioner, the presence of the other petitioners is dispensed with before the Court concerned, except on the date when the case is committed and thereafter, as and when their presence is required by the Court concerned. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
