Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioners' grievance is that they had filed application before 3rd respondent under Section 87 of the AP (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli on 11-12-2015 for correction of settlement error in respect of Sy. No.223 of Chandanagar village, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy District and that 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.11-12-2015 and pass orders thereon within eight weeks from the date of submission by the petitioner and communicate the said order to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within eight weeks from the date of submission by the petitioner and communicate the said order to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
