Revision petition filed under section 397 and 401 of CrPC, praylng that in the circumstances stated in the petition, the High court may be pleased to set aside the order dated 1610512022 in Crl.M.P. No. 2912022 in S.C. No. 291,12021 on the file of the court of Principal Sessions Judge, at Karimnagar and discharge the petitioner / Accused No. 6 for the offences under sections 720-B,347,302,201 R/W 34,I09 of IPC in S.C No. 29112021 of the file the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, at Karimnagar, IA NO: I OF 2022 Petition under Section 397 (l) of CR.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct stay of all further proceedings in S.C.No.29112021 on the file of the Court of Principal Sessions Judge, at Karimnagar including appearance of the Petitioner/Accused No.6, pending disposal of CRLRC No.512 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

ORDER
Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was earlier heard, however, the earlier Judge released the case.
The de facto complainant has approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court by filing SLP (Crl) No 9145/2021 stating that he has no confidence in the said police machinery and sought investigation by the Agency such as Central Bureau of investigation (CBI). The said SLP is still pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. On the other hand, learned counsel for the de facto complainant would submit that though SLP is pending in the Ilon'ble Supreme Court, it is for adding some other accused and not questioning the charge sheet which is filed. He is also ready to argue on falts regarding the involvement of this petitioner. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that case is already stayed and seeks early hearing. However, post the case on 10.04.2023 at 4'0 Clock. Needless to say the proceedings against this petitioner shall not be undertaken by the concerned Court.
