HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.9049 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are challenging the Circular dated 17.10.2011 in restricting their age to refer to the Medical Board. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has informed this Court that the grievance of the petitioners has been settled in view of issuance of fresh Circular dated 21.01.2019 and in terms of the Circular dated 21.01.2019, the case of the petitioners will be considered for referring to the Medical Board. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contends that in view of issuance of latest circular by the respondents, the grievance of the petitioners has been resolved. He further contends that the case of the petitioners be considered in terms of Circular dated 21.01.2019.

This Court having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties is of the considered view that the grievance of the petitioners has been resolved with the issuance of Circular dated 21.01.2019. It is needless to state that the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioners in terms of Circular dated 21.01.2019.

With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
