This petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking quashment of proceedings in FIR No.1013 of 2024 pending on the file of the Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, against the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that as per the written instructions received by the police concern, the proceedings against the petitioners are closed as 'civil in nature'

Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that no cause survives in this criminal petition 4.

ln view of the above development, no cause survives in this criminal petition 5.
