ORDER

Challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not furnishing a copy of the sanctioned lay out of Sy.No.66/12 Rock Town, Mansoorabad, Saroornagar, Ranga Reddy District, to the petitioner, in pursuance of his application through the Advocate on 05.10.2018 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (for short 'the Act') and reminder letter dated 05.12.2018, the present writ petition is filed. 2.

Since there is an adequate alternative remedy available to the petitioner under the Act, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available under the Act. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
