THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT APPEAL No. 880 OF 2013 J U D G M E N T: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) It is agreed by both sides that Respondents 1 and 2 are continuing in service and insofar as the 3rd respondent is concerned, the cause is exactly the same as the one which was decided by this Court in Writ Appeal No. 878 of 2013 and batch on 31.08.2015.

For the same reasons, the same order will follow even in this Writ Appeal also.

The statement that Respondents 1 and 2 are continuing in service and this order will be applicable only with regard to the 3rd respondent, is recorded. The Writ Appeal is accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
