THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.592 of 2019 ORDER:

The learned counsel appearing for he petitioner has fairly submitted that in compliance of the orders of this Court, respondents are not interfering with the possession of the petitioner in any manner in respect of Cell Tower.

Mr. K.Sidharth Rao, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation has submitted that they have not interfered with the activities of the Cell Tower of the petitioner in any manner and they will take appropriate steps in accordance with procedure established by law.

Recording the said submissions of both counsels, the present contempt case is closed as no further orders are necessary. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
