The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not depositing the amounts requisitioned by respondent No.6 to satisfy the reference court award in O.P.No.42 of 1996, dated 09.11.1999, passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Vikarabad, as confirmed by this court in A.S.No.493 of 2000, vide judgment dated 06.07.2000 and as confirmed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, vide orders dated 16.08.2002 in SLP C.C.No.6193 of 2002, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and also seeking a consequential direction, directing the respondents to deposit the amount of Rs.22,67,195/- as requisitioned by respondent No.6, vide letter dated 19.09.2007.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition has reported that the respondents have deposited the amount to the satisfaction of the award passed in O.P.No.42 of 1996, dated 09.11.1999 and the petitioners have also withdrawn the said amount.

Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
