Vide present writ petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby directing the respondents not to pay the compensation in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.06.24 cents in Survey No.75/6 and 75/6A situated in Byreddipalem, Hamelet of Kancheru, Bhogarapuram Mandal, Vizianagaram District in favour respondents 4 to 10. Heard learned counsel for both parties and perused the material placed on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a suit for cancellation of sale deeds and for partition in O.S.No.32 of 2009, the same was dismissed vide order dated 29.04.2013. Being aggrieved, the petitioner has filed A.S.No.801 of 2013, which is pending disposal. Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 not to pay the compensation in respect of the land mentioned above till disposal of A.S.No.801 of 2013. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
