Since none appeared for the petitioner on 20.11.2019, the writ petition was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, though the writ petition is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', neither the Counsel for the petitioner is present nor there is any representation on his behalf. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
