THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.31549 of 2014 ORDER:
There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue a Writ order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering application of the petitioner 16.09.2014 for extension of parole period as arbitrary, illegal, violative of principles of natural justice apart from violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to extend the period of parole of the petitioner i.e., Mohd Irfan Ali, Convict No.3266, S/o late Mohammed Ashraf Ali, Aged about 56 years, R/o H.No.11-2-463, Habeeb Nagar, Nampally, Hyderabad for a further period of three months as the marriage of the petitioner's daughter is fixed last week of December 2014 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.
Looking at the prayer sought in the writ petition as well as in the light of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, no further cause would survive in the writ petition, since the petitioner sought for extension of parole for a period of three months, since his daughter's marriage was fixed in the last week of December, 2014. Therefore, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. ___________________ P. KESHAVA RAO, J 2nd January 2020 mar
