THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23516 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed by the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation assailing the Award dated 30.10.2006 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-II, Hyderabad, in I.D.No.62 of 2005. It is now stated that the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, and an Award dated 25.02.2015 has been passed recording the terms of compromise between the parties. A copy of the said Award is produced.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of the compromise effected between the parties as recorded by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, in its Award dated 25.02.2015. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
