THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.15407 and 15009 of 2016 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Smt. V. Dyumani, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the petitioners in both the cases failed to comply with the conditional order dated 29.04.2016. That apart, she would submit that as the petitioners have already filed S.A.No.171 of 2016 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, her clients may be permitted to pursue their remedies therein in accordance with law. In the light of the afore-stated statement made by the learned counsel, the writ petitions are dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to pursue their remedies in the pending S.A.No.171 of 2016 in accordance with law.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
