This revision petition has been filed aggrieved by not passing any orders in I.A. No.19 of 2014 in I.A. No.595 of 2013 in O.S. No.155 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Avanigadda. The petitioner and the respondents herein are the plaintiff and the defendants, respectively. The plaintiff filed O.S. No.155 of 2013 seeking permanent injunction not to interfere into his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the plaint schedule property. Along with the said suit he also filed I.A. No.595 of 2013 seeking to grant interim injunction against the defendants, pending disposal of the suit. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that the Court below has granted temporary injunction and the same is subsisting. While so, it is also stated that he also filed I.A. No.

19 of 2014 seeking direction to the Station House Officer, Avanigadda for police protection to protect the injunction order issued against the defendants. Since the suit schedule property is an open land and no orders have been passed in I.A. No.19 of 2014 and the same is pending, the revision petitioner filed the present revision petition. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusal of the record, there is no impugned order in the revision petition to pass any orders and therefore, this revision petition is liable to be dismissed as not maintainable.

Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed as not maintainable. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
