Guda Korutla Rajendher v. The State Of Telangana
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP.No.8994 of 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed alleging that respondents 3 and 4 are threatening and pressurizing the petitioner to give the custody of two minor girl children, who are being grown up and brought up by the petitioner, to respondent No.5.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that the respondents 3 and 4 have never pressurized the petitioner to hand over the custody of children of the petitioner to respondent No.5. Only counselling was done between the petitioner and respondent No.5.
Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. Respondent Nos 3 and 4 cannot interfere in the matter of custody of minor children and the parties have to work out their remedy by approaching appropriate forum.
As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 03-06-2019 Nvl
