THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7410 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the show cause notice in Roc.No.16/2018, dated 23.02.2018, issued by the third respondent asking the petitioner to submit his explanation in respect of the land of an extent of Ac.0.52 cents in Survey No.202 of Thimminaidupalem Village, Tirupati Urban, Chittoor District.

Since the impugned notice is a show cause notice, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same at this stage and the petitioner is given liberty to submit his explanation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As and when such explanation is submitted, the third respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. If the petitioner files the explanation within the specified time, the possession of the petitioner shall not be interfered till final orders are passed.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
