Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks two weeks time to make a representation to the concerned Mandal Revenue Officer for the similar relief as prayed for in the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. It is made clear that if the petitioner makes a representation, as aforementioned, within a period of two weeks, the concerned Mandal Revenue Officer shall consider the same on merits in accordance with law and if he finds that the construction is being raised on the Government land, measuring 250 square yards in survey Nos.203, 204 and 207, situated at Maravelly Village, Alladurg Mandal, Medak District, he may take appropriate action against the unauthorised construction, in accordance with law.
