HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7927 and 7928 of 2017 in/and Criminal Petition No. 7526 OF 2017 ORDER :

Heard.

Basically there is no offence made out under Section 376 read with 511 IPC. As can be seen, the other offences are u/sec.354(a) and (b) and 498-A IPC, and the defacto-complainant says to purchase peace she is going to compromise the matter with the petitioners on the advice of elders, and by the suggestion of her husband and she filed a petition in Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7927 and 7928 of 2017 seeking permission to compound the offences.

Both the petitioners and the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant present and they stated that they compromised the matter. Accordingly and in the result, the Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7927 and 7928 of 2017 are allowed and consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioners/A.1 and A.2 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.

Consequently, the pending miscellaneous petitions, shall stand closed.
