HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.21668 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent in not considering the case of petitioner for promotion to the post of Senior Assistant as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to consider the case of petitioner for promotion as Senior Assistant from year 1996 and for consequential benefits attached to the post of Senior Assistant.

This Court granted interim direction to the respondent in W.P.M.P.No.27050 of 2003 on 15-10-2003 directing the respondent to consider the case of petitioner for promotion to the post of Senior Assistant, if there are vacancies available and if the petitioner is eligible otherwise.

It is represented that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary.

Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 15-10-2003. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
