ORDER
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.
2. As per the affidavit filed by the petitioner, he was appointed as permanent fair price shop dealer of Shop No.42, U.Basavanahalli, Hindupur Mandal, Anantapur District, in the year 1990. While so, the 3rd respondent issued a show cause notice on 18.03.2015 alleging certain irregularities against the petitioner. The petitioner submitted his explanation on 27.03.2015. Now, the 3rd respondent passed an order on 08.04.2015. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 3rd respondent has passed the impugned order without properly considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner and recording a finding with regard to the alleged irregularities.
4. However, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage in view of the existence of the remedy of appeal against the impugned order.
5. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. _________________________ A. RAMALINGESWAR RAO, J 1st June, 2015 sj
