The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereoF and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N4IRZA AIJAZ ALI BAIG, Advocate For the Petitioner, and of Public Prosecutor for the respondent, the Court made the following.

The petitioner is A.1 in Crime No.33 of 2019 on the file of Dharmapuri Police Station, Jagtial District, registered under Sections 498-A and 306 IPC. By way of this petition filed under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C, he seeks grant of regular bail.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet is in the process of being filed. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner-A.1 would be entitled to grant of regular bail on some conditions.

The criminal petition is accordingly allowed. The petitioner-A.1 in Crime No.33 of 2019 on the file of Dharmapuri Police Station, Jagtlal District, shall be released on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) along with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jagtial. The petitioner-A.1 shall report before the Station House Officer, Dharmapuri Police Station, Jagtial District, on every Monday between 9.00 AM and 11.00 AM till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, on the first Monday of every month behveen 9.OO AM and 11.00 AM till the completion of the trial.
