HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1638 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner - respondent No.1 challenging the order dated 11.02.2016 in I.A. No.334 of 2015 in E.O.P. No.4 of 2013 passed by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Gajapathinagaram, whereby the petition filed by respondent No.1 herein under Order - XVI Rule 1(3) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to issue summons to one Salapu Satyam alias Sanyasi Naidu, who is first husband of the petitioner herein for giving evidence on behalf of respondent No.1 herein, was allowed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, the original E.O.P. bearing No.4 of 2013 itself was disposed of dismissing the E.O.P. by the trial Court on 28.11.2017 requiring no further adjudication in this revision.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
