This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner, to quash the proceedings in Crime No.309 of 2017 on the file of Abid Road Police Station, Hyderabad District, which is registered as a Woman Missing case.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the police have filed a Memo stating that the action in the impugned First Information Report is dropped. In that view of the matter, there is no noting to adjudicate in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
