This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 11.10.2010 in M.C.No.23 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, Smt.B.Tara Sujatha, learned counsel representing Sri A.Hanumantha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the revision petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
