This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners, seeking a Writ of Mandamus to declare the issuance of Look Out Circular against the petitioners during November, 2018, as illegal, arbitrary and direct the respondents 1 to 8 to revoke the Look Out Circular issued against them, forthwith. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 2 to 7, the learned Standing Counsel for Central Government appearing for respondents 1 and 8 and perused the record. 3 .

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 2 to 7, on written instructions, would submit that no Look Out Circular Notice is issued against the petitioners herein, who are Accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.477 of 2015 of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 4 .

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
