HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.10315 OF 2014 ORDER:

While learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 7 would represent that he has to ascertain the stage of the present crime, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the matter ended in compromise in L.A.Case No.1358 of 2014 by award, dated 06.12.2014, passed by the Lok Adalat and, hence, the present petition becomes infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
