This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, assailing the order, dated 17.11.2012, of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge - cum - XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate - cum - Rent Controller, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, passed in I.A.No.1393 of 2011 in O.S.No.277 of 2011.

There is no representation for the petitioner/ plaintiff. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 25.08.2014. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
