This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, assailing the order dated 28.10.2015 passed in M.V.O.P. No.289 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Judge, Kurnool.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. A letter dated 05.10.2018, to that effect, was also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
