SMT. JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2784 OF 2018 ORDER:
This petition is filed, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. seeking to enlarge the petitioner, who is accused Nos.10. on bail, in Cr.No.508 of 201'7 on the file of the Rajampet (U/G) Police Station, Kadapa District. The offences alleged against the petitioners are Sections 20(b) (ii) (B) r/w Section 8 (c) of NDPS Act, 1985.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.10, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested on 12.01.2018 and as per the case of the prosecution, 80 gms., of brown sugar, rvhich is less than the commercial quantity, was seized from the petitioner. 4.
Material part of investigation is said to have been completed and the same is not refuted by the learned Public Prosecutor. 5.
Hence, considering the above circumstances, it is a fit case for grant of bail. The petition is, therefore, allowed and the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail, on condition of his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Trventy Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajampet.
