In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that though four years have elapsed, no orders have been passed by the respondent authorities on his application, dated 31.12.2015, seeking regularisation of the subject land under the Land Regularisation Scheme.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.

In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 31.12.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
