THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.237 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw A.E.P.No.58 of 2010 pending on the file of Family Court, Khammam and transfer the same to any other competent Court at Khammam.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of a similar petition before the appropriate Court. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
