HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.20099 OF 2017

ORDER

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concedes that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by judgment of this Court in W.P.Nos.19041 & 19175 of 2017, dated 15.6.2017, and the operative portion of the order reads as under: "Having regard to the above, it is their duty if at all they want this strip of land also to initiate proceedings and but for that they shall not interfere with the rights, possession and enjoyment of the petitioners.

Accordingly, and in the result, these writ petitions are disposed of and the respondents shall not dispossess the petitioners except through due process of law"

In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
