VIJAYSEN REDDY ARBIT.RATION APPLICATION No.1O7 OF 2022 ORDER: (ORAL) { The Arbitration Application is filed for the following relief: ".... to appoint a sole arbitrator under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for trying, adjudicating and deciding the claims, disputes and contentions betrveen the parties herein arising out of the Construction Contract, dated 12.06.2018 for the construction of HIG Flats and to pass such other order or orders . .."

Sri Badri Premnath, learned counsel appearing for respondent, has reported no objection for allowing the Arbitration Application. 3.

Accordingly, the Arbitration Application is allowed.

Sri Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Former Chief Justice, Patna High l Court, is appointed as Arbitrator to arbitrate on the disputes between the applicant and the respondent and the learned Arbitrator shali enter on reference and proceed with as enjoined by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, 'the Act"). 4.

The learned Arbitrator is entitled to fees as per the rates specified in Schedule-lv of the Act, inserted by the Act 3 of 2016 with effect from 23.10.2015, which shall be borne by both the parties in equal shares.
