In the light of the fact that the orders dated 13.02.2015 are complied with by the Mandal Revenue Officer, by passing the orders on merits on 27.05.2015, which fact is not being disputed before me by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this contempt case. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 27.05.2015, if it is otherwise aggrieved.

The contempt case is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
