HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.613 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WPMP.No.47060 of 2017 in WP.No.37895 of 2017, dated 07-11-2017.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondent Nos 1, 2, 5 that the order in the writ petition has been complied with and the Government has issued G.O.Rt.No.87, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (PTS.II) Department, dated 06-03-2019 to that effect.

Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
