THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2393 of 2019 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of all further proceedings in F.I.R.No.186 of 2019 on the file of Meerpet Police Station, Rachakonda District.

It appears that a case is made out against the petitioners and hence the F.I.R. cannot be quashed at this stage.

Hence, I am not inclined to consider the request of the petitioners. However, petitioners shall surrender before the Court concerned within a period of four weeks from today and make an application for bail, in which event, the same may be considered in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
